Simple Green Salad

This salad is an all time family favorite. We eat it several times per week. The lightness of it makes a nice pairing with a more heavy dish such as a nut pate. The zing of the cayenne adds another dimension that wakes up your tastebuds! Use whatever greens you have on hand. Be creative! Enjoy! Ingredients: * 2 handfuls baby spinach * 2 handfuls baby romaine * 2 handfuls baby beet greens * 1 handful arugula * 1 handful mustard greens * fresh herbs such as dill to taste Dressing: * 1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar * 3 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil * 1 Tbsp. Braggs Liquid Aminos * 1 Cloves Garlic, chopped * 1/2 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper * Fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste Method: Press garlic to a paste in your salad bowl. Add cayenne and black peppers. Add Apple Cider Vinegar, Braggs and Olive oil. Whisk all together briskly. Add freshly washed greens and what ever fresh herbs tickle your fancy! Toss gently and serve immediately. (Serves 4)
